====================================
We grow tomatoes in greenhouses in the Satoyama woodlands of Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, at an altitude of approximately 200m.

Our fields are filled with organic matter such as fallen forest leaves and grass clippings, rice bran, smoked rice husks, wood chips, bamboo, and used mushroom beds. This organic matter is broken down by a wide variety of microorganisms, creating healthy soil that produces exceptionally delicious, top-quality tomatoes.

We use pure spring water and water the tomatoes daily, monitoring their condition, allowing them to grow freely and naturally.

We use a small amount of organic fertilizer made from fish, shellfish, quail, rice bran, and microorganisms, about one-third the usual amount.

We do not use chemical fertilizers, fungicides, or pesticides.
